A Turkish- French couple owns the hotel, and they renovated it in 3 years. They do kilim trading on the side, and all the common areas of the hotel are adorned with handcrafted copper accessories.

Fountains of Wine…
The headboards of the beds have some neat copper crafting. In this hotel renovated in Seljuk-style, the essentials of delicious dinners served in ceramic plates are bottles of wine picked from the cellars that are carved into rocks. You can refill your glass at the fountains in the garden, next to the domed hall. How many places are there in the world do you think that you can fill your wine glass from a fountain, red or white? The pancake-lady’s master hands warm up your palates at breakfast. The hotel is composed of 20 luxury rooms and suites around a garden positioned inside a valley - old Urgup houses continuing to witness history. You can get some peace in the oriental hall, read books, and have fun times with family or friends.

There are many souvenirs available in Nevşehir such as pottery, copper and onyx decorations and leather crafts.
You can even visit the clay workshops and create your own unique piece of art to take home. Don’t forget to try the fabulous local wines before you leave which are also great gifts, due to the interestingly designed bottles they are presented in.
CAPPADOCIA
Chimney Rocks: A supernatural view, carved by the erosion of the soft layers, which were created by the lava and tuff fenced out through Erciyes Hasandağı Mountain, 60 million years ago, by rain and wind for millions of years. And Cappadocia, with its breathtaking valleys, rock-churches built in the name of the religion and still enduring as their own lively days, and the residential areas carved under ground - sometimes eight layers down - in order to be protected from wars. And all you shall do is to enjoy those beauties and watch the sunset in the valley…
ÜRGÜP
Ürgüp, located 20 km. away from Nevşehir, is one of the most important tourism centers of Cappadocia. With its geological structure having volcanic origin, is located on a region with natural examples of chimney rocks, created by rain and wind erosion. The chimney rocks, carved first by the rain water pored through the hillsides and then the erosion of the winds, constitute a landscape which is very typical to the region. Pancarlık, near to Ürgüp, Üzengi and Keşlik are all valleys, having both historical and natural value.
