Fethiye/Göcek
FETHİYE
Fethiye province, hosting antique Telmessos city, is located on the southern part of Fethiye Bay and on the southern west of Fethiye Prairie. Fethiye, having a peerless beach named Ölüdeniz (Dead Sea) is one of the most important tourism centers in Turkey. It also has many places suitable for diving, such as Af Kule. Countless caves in the region are open for visit. Paragliding facilities are also available thanks to its natural structure. Kelebekler valley and Kabak bay are the untouched places. It is possible to visit 12 Islands by the daily yacht tours. Some of the famous beaches around Fethiye, other than Ölüdeniz are: Belcekız (Belceğiz), Çalış Beach, İztuzu Beach (Dalyan). It is also serving as a destination for cultural tourism due to the city ruins derived from antiquity. Some of the antique cities around Fethiye are: Telmessos, Kaunos, Kadyanda, Tlos, Pınara, Letoon, and Xanthos.
Göcek
On the gulf of Fethiye, which has countless beautiful bays and Islands, The Göcek area is a favourite stop off for yachts, gullets and boats.
There are four marinas in Göcek where provide every possible service for incoming boats. The bays and Islands in Göcek are also a popular meeting place for the high society from Turkey and all over the world.
