The hotels rooms are clean and spacious, with beautiful sea views. The hotel has been specially designed for wind surf and kite surf training and is the first and only water sports hotel in Turkey. The location of the hotel means that it attracts the northern and southern winds of the Aegean Sea all year round and also has the nonstop wind that comes from the land, which is the thing that surfers are looking for. This wind fills sails without creating waves and is the ideal atmosphere for windsurfers. The surf school has a rich kitchen, which has a variety of sea food and some of Gokceada’s freshest organic produce. Gokceada is a place where everyone feels the need to relax on the beautiful sands and rid themselves of any stress as they swim in the sea. In the autumn, the ritual of the Flamingo’s takes place in Tuz Lake, this is found right by the hotel and is something that is definitely worth seeing.

The old name for Gökçeada was Imroz which means God of fertility on barren soils. This name really describes the Island perfectly. As you approach the Island by ferry, the hard rock faces appear cold with an unwelcoming structure however this appearence is soon forgotten when you enter the Island and see the astonishingly fertile lands with vineyards, olive groves for as far as the eye can see and grain the height of grown men.....Imagine miles of sandy beaches, where you can enter the sea without hearing the sound of a single soul and really enjoy the fabulous turquoise waters as you take in the beautiful bays.
