Reservation
Şirince (meaning sweet or pretty) is an old Rum (Turk of Greek nationality) village. Şirince village is found on a slope which is lusciously green and shows that the village deserves its given name. Known as the house of the wine of god ‘Dionysos’, this pension is one of these pretty little village houses. Guests can enjoy a village breakfast that is unique to the region in the pensions beautifully green garden as well as a ion of various local cuisines, which is available in the evenings. The wife of hospitable manager Ismail is in charge of the cooking and puts a lot of hard work into preparing delicious meals for the guests. The pension is open throughout the four seasons and has a fireplace to use during the winter months. The rooms have been beautifully furnished with authentic objects. The pension has a lovely view of the village and is the ideal place for a family holiday.

Şirince
IzmirIzmir is Turkey’s third most populous city and a centre for fairs and congresses making it a modern portal city.
With thermal centres, beaches and a beautiful seaside, the west of Izmir stretches out to Çeşme peninsula. Also found in Izmir is one of the Ephesus which is one of the most famous cities in ancient history. During the Roman Empire, Ephesus was one of the largest cities in the world.
Izmir is a lively, cosmopolitan city and also holds an important place with regard to art festivals and international fairs. This Aegean district is famous for its quality olives, meals which are prepared with this olive oil and delightful meze. You can also find examples of Jewish, Greek and Armenian cuisine amongst the menus in Izmir.
Besides the Aegean’s delicious fish, you can also enjoy salads prepared with crayfish, spinach, arapsaçi and nettles.
One of Izmir’s most famous dishes is stuffed artichoke with olive oil. Another popular dish is Lokma (doughnuts in syrup) which has become well known all over Turkey.
Last but not least is the ‘kumru’ sandwich which is toasted on special bread and filled to bursting point.

Şu an yaşadığım mutlu evliliğim için eşime evet dediğim yer... dolayısı ile benim için unutulmaz.O nefisss ev recelleri, doyumsuz semaver çayı... hala aynı çiçekli örtüler varmı bilmiyorum ama çiçekler içinde kurulu masalarınızda herşey takım olan örtüler, çatallar...ismail beyin bizi şirince meydanından karşılaması. Keyifli bi gün için değer ama biraz pahalı... babaannemin evine benzer köy kokulu tertemiz odalarınız... tek kelimeyle harikasınız.
