Nevşehir combines history and nature and is home to many beautiful towns. These towns display the rich culture of the many civilizations that have lived in the area throughout history, making this city an unrivalled tourism paradise.

CAPPADOCIA
Chimney Rocks: A supernatural view, carved by the erosion of the soft layers, which were created by the lava and tuff fenced out through Erciyes Hasandağı Mountain, 60 million years ago, by rain and wind for millions of years. And Cappadocia, with its breathtaking valleys, rock-churches built in the name of the religion and still enduring as their own lively days, and the residential areas carved under ground - sometimes eight layers down - in order to be protected from wars. And all you shall do is to enjoy those beauties and watch the sunset in the valley…
GÖREME
Göreme is only 10 kilometers away from Nevşehir. It is located on an area, surrounded by valleys, within Nevşehir-Ürgüp-Avanos triangle. It is exhibiting the examples of Byzantine architecture and an important era of Christianity within the attractive structure made up of volcanic tuff, in National Park. Since being away from the main roads and located on a rugged area during history, it was a perfect protection for the ones living in seclusion or the ones wanted to be hidden. The monasteries, churches, chapels, mess halls, monk cells, warehouses, and wine houses were carved in the rocks and decorated with wall paintings. Göreme and Cappadocia National Parks are included in World Estate List, as cultural and natural values.
